All stages can be set for cooling, or up to two for heating with the remainder cooling. An internal settings-lock switch prevents tampering. Cooling stage #1 has an optional timer to cycle minimum ventilation fans. Includes one temperature sensor with 12 feet of cable; up to 3 additional sensors may be added.
